Flexible Endoscopic Assessment Training
Score a nasendoscopy
the way your faculty would.
Load a recorded examination. The coach replays it with an airway tracing and proximity overlay, checks it against the 26-station FEAT protocol, measures the laryngeal dive, and returns a competency score across five domains.

Prototype build. Metrics are simulated to demonstrate the full scoring workflow and interface. The scoring rubric, station list, manoeuvre set, and dive logic are the real NSCS v2.0 specification; only the computer-vision measurements are synthetic pending model training.

Airway tracing & proximity
The overlay traces the segmented airway lumen and shades the gap between the scope tip and the mucosal wall. Green is well-centred, amber is drifting, red is imminent contact. Proximity inside a detected laryngeal dive is scored under Domain 5 rather than counted as a safety breach.

Reviewers can override any automated finding. Tick or untick a station to correct the machine call — the completeness scores and composite recalculate immediately. ★ marks a critical structure requiring at least four seconds of inspection.

Laryngeal dive analysis
A controlled dive brings the scope tip close to the true vocal folds for surface detail — once during sustained phonation, once during quiet respiration. The coach measures how close the trainee got, how smoothly they approached, how fast they moved, and how steadily they held the view.
